NO May 2026 General Membership Meeting

Princess Ski Tournament 29 Aug 2026 – Bear Lake – Higher traffic on the lake and roads

Upcoming Summer Group Projectss: (All dependent on weather) Mark the Dates!

30 May –  Clearing off along Bear lake shore line where trees and branches have fallen into the water and around the edges of the island areas.  This will be a very muddy and wet job for some, let’s have some dirty fun!  Lead?

27 Jun –  Cutting and clearing Jennings Pond weeds and lily pads.  Again a dirty job but let’s get er done!  Lead – Paul. 

18 Jul – Rip Rap Lift –  Move Rip Rap back into place along Bear Lake Dam Breast and elsewhere- Lead?

22 Aug –Culvert Clearing – Culverts under roads clearing. Lead?

15 Dec 2026 – Work Hours are Due to the Treasurer https://jphoa.home.blog/work-hours-2/ Rate changed 1 Jan 2026 to $50 per hour

• Annual Assessment due no later than 1 Jun (50%) and 1 Dec (50%) each year
• $1500 Annual Assessment
• There will be a 1% late fee applied each month till paid

General Membership Meetings:  Are Scheduled As Required and normally the 4th Saturday every Oct / Jan and 3rd Saturday in May each year. Mark your calendar now. NOTE: The only mandated meeting for the General membership is the January meeting.
